Cool Citron Formula

The minute after a morning shower: cold water running over a stone basin, a folded white towel, the window open to cool air. The first breath is cold and bright — lemon, bergamot and a little grapefruit with a sharp, lime-like freshness, a faintly minty chill and the green snap of crushed leaves. Then a clean heart opens: transparent jasmine, watery lily of the valley, soft lavender and a touch of rose, with a breath of sea air. As it dries it settles into the feel of freshly washed skin — soft musks over dry cedar and a little warm amber, cool and quietly clean for hours.
