Accessibility

GrassAccord wants every perfumer to be able to use our site, whatever their abilities and whatever language they read.

Our aim

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA across grassaccord.com.

What we have done

Images have text descriptions, and buttons and links have names that screen readers can read out.
Keyboard focus is always visible, and we are working so that the whole site, including signing in and checking out, can be used with a keyboard alone.
Text and background colours are chosen for readable contrast.
The site is available in 30 languages, including Arabic and Hebrew shown right to left.
We check the main pages with automated accessibility tests and fix what they find.

Known limitations

Card payments are entered in a secure form provided by our payment processor, Stripe; its accessibility is managed by Stripe.
Formula study documents are designed PDF files, and some diagrams may not be fully readable by a screen reader. If you need a document in another format, ask us and we will provide the formula and notes in an accessible text format.

Tell us about a barrier

If anything on our site is hard to use, write to perfumer@grassaccord.com or use the Concierge page. Tell us the page and what happened. We reply within 2 business days and, while we fix it, we will help you complete your order or request by email.
