Paper Jasmine Formula

A clean studio in cool morning light — a sheet of pale blue paper, a few white flowers folded from crisp paper, and among them real sprigs of jasmine and lily of the valley, so fresh they look almost made of paper too. The first breath is light and bright: a lemon-peel sparkle, a papery shimmer, a green melon freshness and a cool breeze. Then the white flowers open in the air — a sheer, weightless jasmine, lily of the valley, a green lilac lift and a soft rose, with a light dust of iris. It settles into clean, cottony musk and dry cedar with a faint crackle of pepper: light, crisp and quietly fresh for hours.
