Digital products only
Every product sold on GrassAccord is a digital fragrance formula. No physical goods, raw materials or finished perfumes are shipped.
How and when you receive your formula
After your payment is confirmed, we email a secure download link for each formula (PDF) to the address you entered at checkout, usually within minutes. Each link works for 7 days and up to 3 downloads; Gold Elite members and above receive longer links. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it.
Delivery problems
If you have not received your link within 24 hours, or the link has expired, emailperfumer@grassaccord.com with your order number and we will send a new one. Refund conditions are described in our Refund Policy.
